Quality Circle Competition
Held every year, the Quality Circle Competition provides Gemphil’s employees with a platform to share their new ideas on how the company can improve and innovate.
Mentorship Program
In order to support the growth of Gemphil’s employees, managers mentor younger staff members to further develop their leadership and technical skills.
Participation in Community Programs
Yearly Donation to Saint Rita Orphanage
Since he turned 40, President & CEO RJ Cruz has celebrated his birthday by sponsoring Saint Rita Orphanage, located in Sucat, Parañaque. Gemphil has now been donating to Saint Rita’s for over 10 years.
Takbo Lung 2024
Last December 2024, Gemphil employees participated in Takbo Lung, raising funds for Lung Cancer and Tuberculosis patients in Cavite.
Run, Ride, Rebuild 2024
Last February 2024, several Gemphil employees’ supported Rotary Homes’ charity event to raise money in support of various housing projects.
Blood Donation Drive 2023
Several Gemphil employees supported the blood donation drive project by the Carmona LGU
Outreach in Nasugbu
Led by Chairwoman Juliet Cruz, Gemphil Electronics held an outreach feeding program in Nasugbu, Batangas last 2020. The company donated food and essentials to evacuees who had lost their homes due to recent calamities.
Bingo Sosyal
Gemphil employees enjoyed rounds of bingo to support Carmona LGU’s Bingo Sosyal project, which raised funds for the public schools of Carmona.
