Gemphil’s main manufacturing plant is located at the People’s Technology Complex Industrial Park in Carmona, Cavite, Philippines. The 5000 square meter factory houses the wire preparation facilities, including the extrusion, auto cut and strip, and injection moulding machines, as well as the wire harness assembly lines.

Another 5000 square meter warehouse is located at BF-Sucat, Parañaque. This Gemphil compound houses the satellite offices, the material inventories, and trading part components of the Gemphil affiliate groups.
